Nicole attended the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and The University of Detroit Mercy. In 2002, she began her career as a Physician Assistant in surgery and high-risk obstetrics.
During her time working in surgery and high-risk obstetrics, Nicole quickly found her passion in Women's Health. She is humbled and grateful to care for women and their families during one of the most miraculous times in life. She is especially interested in Diabetes in Pregnancy and Nutrition.

Before pursuing her career as a physician assistant, Madison earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University. During this time, she spent over two years working as a medical scribe with Oakland Macomb Obstetrics & Gynecology, where she gained valuable experience alongside skilled physicians. Madison then went on to complete her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Idaho State University, further honing her expertise in women’s health.
Madison is dedicated to creating a supportive, open environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered. She is passionate about educating women on their health options, promoting informed decision-making, and helping patients take an active role in their healthcare. David Berlin, DPM, is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon at Long Lake Podiatry, P.C., providing comprehensive podiatry care to people of all ages at two convenient locations in Troy and St. Clair Shores, Michigan.
Dr. Berlin began his professional education at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor where he earned his bachelor’s degree. Following graduation, he pursued a medical degree at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio. There, Dr. Berlin earned his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine.
