He received his degree of Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine (now known as A.T. Still University) in Kirksville, Missouri. He is an active staff physician at Beaumont Hospital, Botsford Hospital, and St. John Hospital. Dr. Lewerenz is an Assistant Clinical Professor at MSU, and an active member of American Academy of Anti-Aging and Restorative Medicine, American Academy of Osteopathic Medicine, American Medical Association, and American College of Osteopathic Physicians.

If there’s anything Marlene Hamama, RN, BSN, MSN, NP, enjoys more than caring for and interacting with patients, it’s being part of a team of highly motivated medical professionals. Marlene is a certified adult nurse practitioner at Neuro Pain Consultants with four convenient locations in the metropolitan Detroit region: Bloomfield Hills, Clarkston, Macomb Township, and West Bloomfield, Michigan. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Oakland University in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Marlene continued on to Madonna University in Livonia, Michigan, where she earned her master’s degree in nursing with advanced training for the full scope of nurse practitioner. She groomed specialized skills in pain management while serving as a pre-operative/recovery nurse in diverse clinical settings, such as surgical intensive care and trauma units. Previously, Marlene worked for the American Surgical Centers and William Beaumont Hospital. She brings her passion for patient care and her commitment to helping patients maintain their health to her work as a member of the Neuro Pain Consultants medical staff.
Lisa M. Provenzano, MSN, RN, NP, is a certified adult nurse practitioner and clinical nurse specialist at Neuro Pain Consultants with four convenient locations in the metropolitan Detroit region: Bloomfield Hills, Clarkston, Macomb Township, and West Bloomfield, Michigan. Lisa shares her well-honed nursing skills with her patients at Neuro Pain Consultants as well as her nursing students at Oakland Community College, where she serves as a member of the adjunct nursing faculty.
Lisa earned her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Saginaw Valley State University in University Center, Michigan. She completed her education at Wayne State University in Detroit, where she earned a Master of Science degree in nursing.
For more than three decades, Lisa has served patients in both inpatient and office settings, delivering high-quality patient care as well as health education and disease prevention. She previously served as nurse practitioner at Beaumont North Pointe Heart Center, William Beaumont Weight Control Center, and Beaumont St. Clair Shores Internists.
Dr. Rosenberg has been practicing at Macomb Medical Clinic, P.C. for over 25 years. He is a graduate of M.S.U.-College of Osteopathic Medicine earning his Doctorate of Osteopathy in 1983. He then went on to Oakland General Hospital to serve his Internship and Residency which he completed in 1989. He received his Board Certification with the AOBGP in 1990. Through the years of service at Macomb Medical Clinic, P.C., Dr. Rosenberg has become very well known by his patients' and now is one of our lead physicians. Dr. Rosenberg's knowledge of technology has allowed his transition to electronic medical records a smooth process so that patient care can continue to be his first concern through the moving forward in todays medicine.
“I fell and hurt myself. So I called and got into the office in a few days. Dr. Rosenberg was on vacation. So I got Dr. Dave. His great. He took some x-rays and sure enough I fractures a few ribs. We talked and he sent my scripts to my pharmacy.
I love macomb medical. I've been going there since the 70's. I usually see Dr. Rosenberg but on emergencies I will see one of the others. Thank you everyone at macomb medical.”
