At his practice, Athena Medical Clinic and Sleep Medicine Associates of Athens in Athens, Georgia, Dr. Das takes an integrative and holistic approach to care, focusing on his patients’ whole-body health, not their disease or symptoms.
After earning his Doctor of Medicine in Internal Medicine at the Patna University in Bihar, India, Dr. Das relocated to the United States to complete his internship and residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark, New Jersey. He then moved to New Hampshire and, after developing a strong interest in sleep medicine, completed a fellowship in Sleep Medicine at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire.
At Athena Medical Clinic and Sleep Medicine Associates of Athens, Dr. Das offers primary care services for adults and sleep-related disorder treatments for both children and adults. In addition to comprehensive annual wellness visits, evaluation, and treatment of diseases like Diabetes, Hypertension, and Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, Dr. Das has a state-of-the-art sleep lab to perform sleep studies and evaluate different sleep disorders. He prescribes the appropriate durable medical equipment (DME) when needed.
When not at the office, Dr. Das volunteers at a local church-based clinic in Athens. He’s also an avid reader and enjoys spending time with his wife, a pediatrician, and their two children, hiking and visiting the mountains.

With a commitment to empowering individuals through informed decision-making, Ramona is dedicated to fostering a supportive environment prioritizing holistic health. During her training, she gained hands-on experience in prenatal care, family planning, and menopausal management, ensuring evidence-based practices for her patients. As a former labor and delivery nurse for the past 6 years, Ramona is excited to advocate for women's health in a different role.

Natalia Marquis was born in Quito, Ecuador. After her honorable discharge from the United States Marine Corps, she pursued a way to continue her service to the community and fulfill her duty as a protector of those in need. Natalia attended ECPI University and Chamberlain University, earning her Associate’s and Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. After serving her North Georgia community as a nurse in multiple fields, in 2021 she achieved her final goal and graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing from Emory University. Natalia has been practicing as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP), performing physical exams, colposcopies, biopsies, interpreting labs, and other duties. She prides herself on helping patients achieve their health goals through shared decision-making and guidance through appropriate evidence-based educational material. During her free time, she enjoys outdoor sports such as hiking, kayaking, and fishing with her four-legged companions.

Aazrum Syed, MD, is an internal medicine physician at Northside Primary Care, Inc, which has locations in Suwanee and Alpharetta, Georgia. She is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Syed earned her medical degree from Jinnah Sindh Medical University in Karachi, Pakistan, in 2002. Dr. Syed completed her internship and residency in internal medicine at Moore House School of Medicine at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia, which provided her with extensive training in Internal Medicine and complex medical cases.
After completing her residency in 2008, Dr. Syed worked as a hospitalist and later opened her own practice, Northside Primary Care, in 2010, where she has since remained.
Dr. Syed has spent over 10 years caring for patients in Alpharetta, Suwanee, and the surrounding areas in North Atlanta and North Georgia. Born and raised in Vietnam, I came to the US at the age of 19. I obtained Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with the highest honor Summa Cum Laude at Georgia State University, Atlanta, GA in 1998. Then I graduated from Medical College of Georgia, GA, USA with a Medical Doctor degree in 2002. I completed residency in Internal Medicine at Atlanta Medical Center, Atlanta, GA in 2005. I worked as a hospitalist and later primary care staff physician at Emory Healthcare System until 2006, then became a primary care staff physician for the Atlanta VA Medical Center until 8/2021. I also have been working part time in a private primary care office in Norcorss, GA.
Over the years, I have befriended, worked and treated patients from different walks of life. I grew up in a poor, developing country. Dr. Andrea Teodorovic is a board-certified family medicine physician dedicated to providing compassionate, whole-person care to individuals and families across all stages of life. Originally from Vršac, a town in the northern Serbian region of Vojvodina, Dr. Teodorovic comes from a four-generation family of physicians. Her commitment to building lifelong relationships with patients is rooted in this strong medical heritage and a deep understanding of the human experience.
Dr. Teodorovic earned her medical degree from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Medicine in Serbia, completing her studies in 2019. She continued her medical training in the United States through the Family Medicine Residency Program at St. Luke’s University Health Network in Allentown, Pennsylvania, where she served as Chief Resident. During her time at St. Luke’s, she led impactful community outreach initiatives, including free health screenings and patient-education workshops. Her leadership secured a $25,000 grant to support these community health efforts.
In addition to her medical credentials, Dr. Teodorovic holds certifications in Transactional Analysis and Emotional Intelligence, enhancing her ability to deliver empathetic and psychologically informed care. She is also certified in Nexplanon insertion, expanding her scope in women’s health.
Dr. Teodorovic speaks Serbian, Romanian, and English fluently, allowing her to connect with a diverse patient population. Outside of her clinical work, she is a trained pianist and solo vocalist, and enjoys expressing her creativity through drawing and painting. Himanshi Chopra, MD, is a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician who holds special interest in preventative medicine, dermatology, women’s health, and outpatient procedures. She is trained in Nexplanon and IUD insertions, Botox ® for migraine injections, and neurotoxin and filler cosmetic injections. Dr. Chopra attended Purdue University for undergraduate education. She went on to earn her medical degree from International Medical University in St. Lucia. She completed and excelled in her Family Medicine Residency at McLaren Oakland Hospital in Michigan, where she was the Chief Resident of her program. During her Residency, Dr. Chopra was very active with the community, something she dedicates to the teachings of her father. She spearheaded many quality improvement projects, research projects, and patient education projects. As a result, Dr. Chopra was awarded the prestigious Graduate Medical Education Excellence Award by AAFP (American Academy of Family Physicians) in 2021. This award recognized her as one of the top 12 resident physicians in the country. She attributes this award to her educators and patients without whom she would not be able to apply her passion. Dr. Chopra is dedicated to caring for, educating, and comforting her patients. She likes to collaborate with her patients and encourages them to be an active participant in their health. Her vision is to help her patients live their healthiest life. Atlanta is home to Dr. Chopra and she is delighted to be back. She enjoys her private time with her husband, family and friends.
