I worked as a hospitalist and later primary care staff physician at Emory Healthcare System until 2006, then became a primary care staff physician for the Atlanta VA Medical Center until 8/2021. I also have been working part time in a private primary care office in Norcorss, GA. Over the years, I have befriended, worked and treated patients from different walks of life. I grew up in a poor, developing country. I worked my way through tremendous challenges to be where I am today. I believe in honesty, hard work, and humility. I have been practicing medicine for the past 16 years in all different spectrums. I have worked in intensive care unit, hospital based medicine, hospice medicine, as well as primary care internal medicine. At Shivani Healthcare of Georgia, our main focus is on disease prevention and disease management. Dhiraj Patel, MD, is a board-certified internist at Alpha Medical Clinic in Alpharetta, Georgia. Dr. Patel has been practicing internal medicine for over 30 years, dedicating his professional life to delivering quality patient care for adults of all age groups.

Aazrum Syed, MD, is an internal medicine physician at Northside Primary Care, Inc, which has locations in Suwanee and Alpharetta, Georgia. She is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. 

Dr. Syed earned her medical degree from Jinnah Sindh Medical University in Karachi, Pakistan, in 2002. Dr. Syed completed her internship and residency in internal medicine at Moore House School of Medicine at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia, which provided her with extensive training in Internal Medicine and complex medical cases.
