His journey began with a solid foundation in medicine, earning his Medical Doctor degree from the Iuliu Hatieganu University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Dr. Laza further honed his clinical skills through Internal Medicine Residency at Moses Cone program affiliated with UNC Chapel Hill and an impactful Vascular Medicine and Cardiology Research Fellowship at his alma matter in Cluj. He also gained international experience during his Vascular Medicine Clerkship at the University of Milan, Italy
