After Dr. Hinshaw earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Michigan, he went on to complete his doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. He headed back to Michigan to finish his obstetrics and gynecology internship and residency at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital, where he served as chief resident.
Dr. Hinshaw is board certified through the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. While Dr. Hinshaw is skilled in preventive care and treating chronic women’s health issues, he has a special interest in hysteroscopy and minimally invasive surgical procedures including endometrial ablation, laparoscopy, and daVinci® robotic surgery.

Dr. Jafrey is a board-certified San Diego primary care physician with over 19 years of post-residency experience in hospitalist and acute care medicine. He effectively manages chronic conditions, provides wound care, and focuses on preventive health, especially for seniors. Dr. Jafrey is also an Associate Professor of Medicine at Loma Linda University Medical Center in Murrieta, CA. He completed his residency at Mayo Clinic/University of Minnesota. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, cooking, playing soccer, and astronomy.
Dr. Navazo has been serving his patients in North County for over 20 years. He graduated from the University of California San Diego School of Medicine. In addition, Dr. Navazo has furthered his post-graduate medical education through UC Davis and UC San Francisco. As a board-certified wound specialist, Dr. Navazo is commited to the latest in technology to achieve the best treatments of his patients, whether it is through wound care or medical aesthetics. Not only is Dr. Navazo a respected doctor, he also contributes as a member of his community. Dr. Navazo is a part of many local organizations, including but not limited to the Oceanside Longboard Surfing Club and Padres Pedel the Cause.
