Siri Ancha, MD is a native of southwest Missouri and she has joined us in July 2025.  She will provide personalized and comprehensive gastrointestinal care for her patients with the goal of improving their health and quality of life.

Dr. Ancha was raised as the daughter of a gastroenterologist. She committed early to a career in medicine and graduated from the accelerated BA/MD program at the University of Missouri Kansas City.

She then moved to St. Louis to complete her Internal Medicine Residency, Chief Residency, and Gastroenterology Fellowship at Washington University/Barnes Jewish Hospital.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Ancha enjoys spending time with her husband and family, exploring the St. Louis culinary scene, and traveling.

Gateway Gastroenterology is pleased to welcome Taylor Geisman, MD.  Born and raised in St. Louis as the daughter of a gastroenterologist, Dr. Geisman completed her medical training at Washington University in St. Louis. She served as their Chief Resident before moving on to her specialty training in clinical Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Barnes-Jewish Hospital. She has prior research experience in Inflammatory Bowel Disease but her practice will include general Gastroenterology and Hepatology.
