Dr. Parmjeet Kumar Banghar specializes in hematology, medical oncology, and internal medicine. He joined Arizona Center for Cancer Care in 2008 when his team at Arizona Center for Hematology and Oncology partnered with the practice.
Currently, Dr. Banghar is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and American Society of Hematology. He has participated in a research study involving cerebrovascular diseases and been published in several journals, including Leukemia Research and the Indian Journal of Medical Sciences. He has also presented on a number of topics, including sonographic evaluation of the spleen in sickle cell syndromes, lennox gastaut syndrome and sweet syndrome in a patient with acute myeloid leukemia.

Dr. Dhillon is fellowship trained in Hematology and Medical Oncology. His clinical interests include a broad spectrum of disorders including solid tumors, hematologic malignancies, and benign hematologic disorders. His special interests include pancreatic cancer, breast cancer, myeloma, lymphoma, gastrointestinal malignancies, prostate cancer, and lung cancer. Dr. Dhillon also specializes in treatment of blood disorders.
Dr. Dhillon has participated in a number of research projects. He has presented his work at national meetings, and published in journals, including the New England Journal of Medicine.
He is an advocate of collaborative and patient-centered cancer care that delivers effective treatment while maintaining quality of life.

Dr. Devinder Singh obtained his MD from the Government Medical College in Patiala (Punjab), India. He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. Shortly after, he completed his fellowship in Medical Oncology and Hematology from the City of Hope National Medical Center in Duarte, California in 1992. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Oncology, and Hematology.
In August of 1992, he founded the Arizona Center for Hematology/Oncology and has been servicing the greater Phoenix area since then with his other medical oncology associates. In 2008, in collaboration with Drs. Biggs, Lee, and Reed, the radiation oncology division was established, and the practice name was changed to Arizona Center for Cancer Care. Among his many accomplishments, in 2019 Dr. Singh received the “Oncology Service Award” from Phoenix Cancer Support Network and was nominated as “Best Doctor in Oncology” by Phoenix Magazine. He is a clinical assistant professor at Midwestern Medical University (Glendale campus) and is actively involved in teaching medical students.
Dr. Singh has been married to his wonderful wife, Randeep, since 1982. They have three beautiful children, two daughters, Raman and Rimpi, and one son, Aman, all attending different universities. They also have two Yorkshire terriers, Rusty and Musty, and a playful cat, Millie. In his free time, Dr. Singh enjoys playing golf.

Dr. Clarence Adoo specializes in hematology, oncology and internal medicine. He joined Arizona Center for Cancer Care in 2008. Dr. Adoo is a member of the American College of Physicians/American Society of Internal Medicine, American Association of Blood Banks, American Society of Hematology and American Society of Clinical Oncologists amongst others.
Dr. Adoo has publications in several journals and authored many chapters in books, including Acute Myeloid Leukemia, Alternative Management Strategies in Alloimmunized Thrombocytopenic Patients, Infection in the Neutropenic Host, Management of infection in Oncology Patients and Adult Leukemia: American Cancer Society Atlas. In addition to his published work, Dr. Adoo has participated in several presentations at the Hematology Oncology Fellowship Program, National Institute of Health, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society/Cure for Lymphoma Association and Phoenix Veterans Affairs Hospital.
He has been honored as a fellow by the American College of Physicians and lauded by America’s Registry of Outstanding Professionals, among other honors.

Following this, he completed Internal Medicine residency at Case Western Reserve University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio. Thereafter, he completed his fellowship in Hematology and Oncology at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation – Taussig Cancer Center in Cleveland, Ohio.
During these years of training, he published multiple peer-reviewed articles in various medical journals regarding diseases like multiple myeloma as well as kidney cancer. He has presented research at national meetings, including at the 2023 Genitourinary Oncology meeting of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO).
He is excited to return to Phoenix and help serve the community he and his family consider to be home. She spent over four years caring for the underserved cancer population at Valleywise Health, where she partnered with the breast cancer team honored with The Spirit of Healing Award from the Cancer Support Community of Arizona in 2022. Her commitment extends beyond the clinic through volunteer work, charity educational programs, and quality improvement initiatives for underserved cancer patients. She also serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor at Creighton University, Phoenix School of Medicine, mentoring the next generation of physicians. Kiranjit Khalsa, MD, MPH, welcomes patients of all ages at her practice, Premier Allergy Asthma & Immunology, PLLC in Scottsdale, Arizona. With dual board certification in Internal Medicine and Allergy and Immunology, as well as extensive experience in the field, Dr. Khalsa has helped many patients achieve optimal health and wellness. Dr. Khalsa is a New York native, having received her Bachelor of Science in biology at Stony Brook University in Stony Brook, New York, where she was also selected into a scholarship program for Women in Science and Engineering.
Before entering medical school, she went to State University of New York Downstate Health Sciences University in Brooklyn, New York, where she obtained a Master in Public Health with a specialization in community health science. Her Master's provided her a solid foundation in issues that affect population health, such as disease prevention and promotion of high quality of care
Dr. Khalsa then went on to receive her medical degree from St. George's University. During that time, she was honored to serve as vice president of the Clinical Research Society. She then returned to Stony Brook University to complete an Internal Medicine Residency. From there, she went to Albany Medical College in Albany, New York, for fellowship training in Allergy and Immunology.
In keeping with her ongoing passion for research, Dr. Khalsa has been published as a first author in peer-reviewed academic journals and has co-authored several research studies. She has also presented at national and local allergy and immunology conferences, focusing on topics such as chronic idiopathic urticaria, eosinophilia, and food protein-induced enterocolitis. Throughout her career, Dr. Khalsa has been a strong leader and educator. She plays an active role in medical student and resident education and was recently appointed Clinical Assistant Professor, Department of Pediatrics for Midwestern University and Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine.
In addition to her current board certification by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Allergy and Immunology, Dr. Khalsa is a member of the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology. Caleb attended Grand Canyon University earning his BSN in 2008 and has practiced at various hospitals in Phoenix, AZ. He attended Wilkes University completing his MSN in psychiatric mental health and is currently a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner at 2nd Chance Treatment Center. He has been in the Valley of the Sun for over three decades and considers himself a local. Caleb has a true passion for treating various mental health conditions, believing that every individual can achieve their best vision of who they want to be and perhaps more. He strives to provide excellent care based on current research and methods. Furthermore, he endeavors to treat each individual with dignity and respect. He has practiced as a registered nurse for more than 15 years in various roles before transitioning to mental healthcare.
When he isn’t providing care, he may be encountered outside or indoor rock climbing, pursuing his hobby with dedication. He is involved in the local rock-climbing community, where he has served as a guide and continues to provide instruction for PCGI.
