Dr. Marshall began her career pursuits at Bridgewater College in Bridgewater, Virginia, earning her undergraduate degree in biology. Next, she enrolled at the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa, earning her Doctor of Osteopathy.
Before entering private practice, Dr. Marshall completed an internal medicine residency at Columbia Olympia Fields Osteopathic Hospital and Medical Center and a cardiology fellowship at St. James Hospital and Medical Center, both in Olympia Fields, Illinois.

Since 1999, he’s been treating patients at Respiratory, Critical Care, and Sleep Specialists, which has three offices conveniently located in Des Plaines, Oak Park, and Chicago’s Portage Park in Illinois.
Dr. Ahluwalia earned his medical degree from the University College of Medical Sciences at the University of Delhi in New Delhi, India. He stayed in New Delhi for his internship, which he completed at the Safdarjung Hospital, but then relocated to Chicago for his internal medicine residency, which he completed at Grant Hospital of Chicago and Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Hospital, now known as Rush University Medical Center. After graduating from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH with a Bachelors of Science in Natural Sciences, Dr. Dhamija earned his medical degree from University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency at University of Illinois Hospital in Chicago followed by fellowship training in gastroenterology at University of South Florida in Tampa, FL. Saira Khanna MD is a board-certified medical and surgical retina specialist at Retina Consultants Ltd. Dr. Khanna earned her undergraduate degree in Neurobiology with minors in Spanish and Economics at Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She attended the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health for medical school. She completed her ophthalmology residency at the University of Chicago and continued her medical training in vitreoretinal surgery, completing her fellowship at The Retina Institute in St. Louis, MO. Dr. Khanna's areas of expertise include diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, retinal vascular diseases, macular holes, epiretinal membranes, uveitis, and other retinal pathologies. In her free time, Dr. Khanna enjoys playing tennis/pickleball, eating at new restaurants, and traveling.
