My clinical experience encompasses working with adults facing severe mental health conditions, such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, as well as trauma, addiction, interpersonal difficulties, life transitions, anxiety, and depression. I utilize interventions including psychoeducation on the mind-body relationship, holistic modalities, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and evidence-based trauma therapies. Fundamentally, my orientation is humanistic, and I am committed to providing treatment that is specifically tailored to everyone’s unique needs.
