Christopher Bondoc, MD is a board certified neurologist practicing at Complete Neurological Care at the Valley Stream and Forest Hills offices. He completed medical school at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. He went on to complete his neurology residency at Westchester Medical Center in Westchester, NY. After residency, he was awarded subspecialty fellowship training at the Mass General Brigham and Harvard Medical School Combined Headache Fellowship in Boston, MA, where he focused on the diagnosis and management of various headache and facial pain disorders. During his fellowship, he honed his abilities in treatments for these conditions, including Botox for migraine, trigger point injections, and nerve blocks.
He is an active member of the American Academy of Neurology and the American Headache Society and has presented works at the American Academy of Neurology Annual Meeting and American Headache Society Annual Scientific Meeting. Dr. Osher Rechester completed his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry at the University of Massachusetts Boston.
After completing his undergraduate degree, he did research at Harvard (Massachusetts General Hospital), where he worked in the laboratory of Shaw Warren, M.D., who directed a research lab which studied mediators of sepsis and inflammation.
He subsequently received his M.D. after completing medical school at NYMC School of Medicine in Westchester County, New York.
He then proceeded to do his medical internship and residency in Neurology at Westchester Medical Center.
After completing his medical training, he went on to do an international post-graduate fellowship in Ethics and Philosophy at the Heiden Institute in Israel. Dr. Rechester has contributed to multiple research publications and he has also won multiple research and scholarship awards.
He received a scholarship to attend the Penry Residents Epilepsy Program at Wake Forest University in 2022. He also presented on frontal lobe epilepsy at Epilepsy Grand Rounds at Westchester Medical Center.

Romer Mosquera, MD, is a board-certified neurologist at Neuroclinics in Miami, Florida. A native Spanish speaker, Dr. Mosquera is originally from Caracas, Venezuela, and has been in practice for over two decades. With his vast knowledge in clinical neurology and interventional pain management, Dr. Mosquera implements a boutique medicine approach to care and ensures each patient gets customized treatment tailored specifically to their needs. He has broad experience diagnosing and treating a wide spectrum of neurological conditions, including headaches, stroke, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, movement disorders, neuromuscular disorders, dementia, and peripheral nerve disorders.
Dr. Mosquera completed his medical degree at the Central University of Venezuela. Upon graduation, he completed several internships at health facilities in Caracas, including the Institute of Neurology and Applied Neurosciences (INNAP). Dr. Trevor D. Barton, DO is a board-certified neurologist with advanced fellowship training in vascular neurology. Dr. Barton earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Nova Southeastern University's Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine. During his time there, he was selected for the prestigious Osteopathic Principles and Practice (OPP) Fellowship, where he gained additional clinical and academic training in osteopathic manipulative medicine and holistic patient care.

Dr. Giovanna Basilio is a bilingual (English/Spanish) clinician. She received her PsyD in Clinical Psychology with a forensic concentration at Nova Southeastern University in South Florida. She has broad clinical experience with minors, adults, and older adults across correctional, community, and healthcare sites. She has also contributed to the development of competency restoration programs in Broward and Palm Beach Counties and published a Springer book chapter on cultural considerations in sex trafficking.
Her research interests include potentially traumatic events across immigrant and non-immigrant populations, best practices for assessment and treatment, and severe mental illness in diverse settings. Dr. Basilio specializes in psychological evaluations and trauma-informed therapy.
Sussel Vega Pupo, APRN began her career in medicine as an LPN before going on to receive her BSN. As a RN she worked as a charge nurse in the neuro intensive care unit as well as a critical care nurse before receiving her MSN from Florida National University. Sussel takes pride in providing the highest level of care to all patients.
Menachem Nagar, MD, is a neurologist with specialized training in vascular neurology. He works closely with patients at The Neurology Institute in Coral Springs and Sunrise, Florida. Dr. Nagar is fluent in English, Yiddish and Arabic.

Following completion of his residencies, Dr. Pawar completed Fellowships in Vascular Neurology at the University of Pennsylvania, Endovascular Neurosurgery and Interventional Radiology at Abington Memorial Hospital in Pennsylvania, and Advanced Vascular Neurology at the Medical University of South Carolina. He is coming to us from Duke University Medical Center where he served as Stroke Medical Director. He is widely published. He has varied interests and has participated in multiple clinical trials.
Jenny Carolina Reategui, MD, is a Board-Certified Neurologist specializing in neurophysiology/epilepsy. She began her career in nursing before moving on to medical school at the University of Nevada, School of Medicine. Dr. Reategui completed neurology residency at the University of Miami.
Dr. Reategui went on to complete Neurophysiology and Epilepsy Fellowship at the University of Miami, she has training in electroencephalogram interpretation (ambulatory EEG, cvEEG, ICU EEG, sEEG), specializes in treating patients with epilepsy and is well published.
