Dr. Ali Hamzehloo is a fellowship-trained neurologist with more than a decade of experience in general neurology, vascular (stroke) neurology, and neurointerventional care. He brings an uncommon combination of clinical depth and advanced procedural training, having completed a fellowship in vascular neurology in the United States at Wayne State University and a clinical fellowship in interventional neuroradiology at the University Hospital of Zurich, Switzerland.

Dr. Mazieyar Azad is a fellowship-trained neurologist specializing in multiple sclerosis and related neuroimmunologic conditions, including neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD) and MOG antibody-associated disease (MOGAD). He serves The Neurology Institute in Broward County, where his practice is dedicated to the diagnosis and long-term management of MS and other autoimmune and demyelinating disorders of the central nervous system.

Dr. Azad completed his neuroimmunology fellowship at the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine. He trained in neurology at the University of Florida College of Medicine in Jacksonville, where he served as Chief Resident of Quality Improvement and was recognized with awards for clinical excellence, teaching, and research, including the UF Health Resident Research Scholar Award. He earned his medical degree from the Florida International University Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine and graduated cum laude from the University of Miami.

Elina Abla received her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree from the University of Miami in South Florida. She went on to care for skilled nursing facility patients in an acute care setting before transitioning to provide inpatient and outpatient services. Her experience in these settings provided her with balanced experience in patient care.

Dr. Giovanna Basilio is a bilingual (English/Spanish) clinician. She received her PsyD in Clinical Psychology with a forensic concentration at Nova Southeastern University in South Florida. She has broad clinical experience with minors, adults, and older adults across correctional, community, and healthcare sites. She has also contributed to the development of competency restoration programs in Broward and Palm Beach Counties and published a Springer book chapter on cultural considerations in sex trafficking.

Her research interests include potentially traumatic events across immigrant and non-immigrant populations, best practices for assessment and treatment, and severe mental illness in diverse settings. Dr. Basilio specializes in psychological evaluations and trauma-informed therapy.
