After completing her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami, graduating magna cum laude, Dr. Motesharrei was accepted into medical school. She went on to earn her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Miami’s Miller School of Medicine. Throughout her schooling, Dr. Motesharrei was the recipient of several awards and honors, including the Phi Beta Kappa and the American Medical Women’s Association Leadership Award.

Dr. Motesharrei finished her obstetrics and gynecology residency training at The George Washington University in Washington, DC. During her residency, Dr. Motesharrei gained extensive training in diagnosing and treating infertility. 

To help her stay current with the latest in medical research and advancements, Dr. Motesharrei maintains her board certification through the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Brittany Abbate, PA, is a certified physician assistant specializing in women’s health. She provides expert care to patients at Women’s Wellness MD in Columbia, Maryland.

She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of South Florida and earned her Physician Assistant degree from Xavier University of Louisiana in New Orleans. Board-certified OB/GYN Roy Khoury, MD, FACOG has extensive training in overall women’s health and modern gynecological surgery. He’s currently accepting new patients at Capital Women’s Care.

Dr. Khoury completed both his undergraduate degree and medical degree from Saint Joseph University in Philadelphia. He went through his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at The George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, DC.

To further his expertise, Dr. Khoury then completed advanced training in laparoscopic and minimally invasive surgical techniques through the Johnson & Johnson Institute/Ethicon Endosurgery (EES) fellowship program. He’s also a fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and is board certified through the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Khoury continues to be involved in medical teaching and education. Throughout his career, Dr. Khoury has received numerous awards and was even recognized as the Best Teaching Educator at Holy Cross Hospital. He currently serves as an assistant clinical professor at The George Washington University and president of the medical executive committee at the Maryland Surgery Center for Women.

Being fluent in English, French, Arabic, and medical Spanish allows Dr. Khoury to communicate with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds. When he’s away from the clinic, Dr. Khoury enjoys skiing, tennis, and spending time with his wife and two children.
