Paul Matta, DO, brings a wealth of experience and skills to his role as the medical director and CEO at Advanced Perinatal Associates in Manalapan and Little Silver, New Jersey. 

Dr. Matta and his experienced team offer personalized experiences for patients who visit for preconception counseling, pregnancy-related complications, and prenatal diagnosis. Dena Harris, MD is a Board Certified Gynecologist and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy specialist currently concentrating her practice in chronic sexual, vulvar, and pelvic pain, as well as general, adolescent and menopausal gynecology. She was a medical pioneer, as the first OB/GYN in the SOHO area and also one of the first female OB/GYNs in private practice in New York City. After becoming partners with Dr. Deborah Coady in 1980, she co-founded SOHO OB/GYN women’s health care center.

She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 1972, and received her medical degree from Hahnemann Medical College (now part of Drexel University) in 1976. Dr. Harris completed her internship and residency at NYU Medical Center, where she is currently affiliated as a Clinical Assistant Professor. In 1991, Dr. Harris co-authored "Recovering from a Hysterectomy".

Dr. Harris is currently a fellow of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the International Society for the Study of Vulvovaginal Disease for her original research on vulvodynia-related small fiber neuropathy. Dr. Paula Brignoni-Blume provides health care services for women at SoHo Gynecology in New York City’s SoHo district. She completed her undergraduate degree at Union College in Schenectady, New York, then went on to earn her Master of Public Health and her medical degree from St. George’s University. Dr. Brignoni-Blume completed her OB/GYN residency at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, Long Island. As chief resident she was the recipient of the AAGL award for her laparoscopy skills. 

Dr. Brignoni-Blume is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and is a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is on staff at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City.
