I am Board certified (Diplomat of American Board of OBGYN) and have taken certified trainings to perform minimally invasive surgeries utilizing the most current technology in the surgical arena – da Vinci and Olympus 3-D. My interests include strong commitment to patient education, research in women’s health care, and teaching.
I’ve extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of women’s diseases, especially dealing with the female reproductive system, performing advanced gynecologic surgeries, including diagnostic, emergency, and Urogyn procedures. I’ve an outstanding ability to provide care with emphasis on a holistic approach, treating the female patient as a physical, emotional, and social being.
Meghan Lainoff, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant who joined Charles County Dermatology Associates in 2024. She is licensed to practice in both Maryland and Virginia. Meghan's journey into Dermatology began over a decade ago when she worked as a Medical Assistant while earning her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from George Mason University.
In 2018, Meghan completed her master's in physician assistant studies at Radford University Carilion in Roanoke, Virginia and has since gained valuable clinical and procedural experience working in interventional Pulmonology and Neurosurgery. Her diverse background as a Physician Assistant allows her to provide well rounded, high-quality care to every patient.
Originally from a military family. Meghan has called the DMV are home since 2001. When she is not serving patients, Meghan enjoys spending time with her family, cuddling with her pets, and baking.
Jacob Aja, PA-C is a board certified physician assistant who joined the practice in 2021. He completed his undergraduate training at Boise State University. He then went on to earn his Masters in Physicians Assistant studies in 2007. He began his career in orthopedics but developed a love for Dermatology which guided him to join Charles County Dermatology. He is an active member of AAPA and Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. He is trained in the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer, acne, rosacea, psoriasis, eczema, hair loss and other dermatologic problems. He is also trained to perform cosmetic procedures.
