Huiying Hou, MD, has been practicing as an OB/GYN at Jersey Women’s Care Center in Fair Lawn and Jersey City, New Jersey, since 2015. She was selected to work as an OB/GYN at Jersey Women’s Care Center from the highly prestigious Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program at the Cleveland Clinic, ending her fourth year in residency in 2015.

Setting out on her path to becoming an OB/GYN, Dr. Hou started her undergraduate degree at the University of Maryland in College Park, Maryland, and graduated with a biology/pre-med degree in 2006. From there, she went on to earn her doctor of medicine degree at MSHMC Penn State University College of Medicine in Hershey, Pennsylvania, in 2011.

Dr. Hou has given award-winning published presentations on subjects ranging from laparoscopic hysterectomy to endometrial cancer and bilateral salpingectomy.

About Dr. Karen F. Brodman, MD

Karen F. Brodman, MD, is a board-certified OB/GYN committed to providing quality gynecology care to women of all ages. At her office in the Upper West Side of Manhattan, New York, Dr. Brodman treats various gynecological conditions. She has a particular interest in treating vulvar disorders, colposcopy, abnormal bleeding, and pelvic pain. Michelle D. Morgan, M.D. FACOG is a founding member of OBGYN Westside, where she has been practicing obstetrics and gynecology on the since 2001. Dr. Morgan attended Lehigh University for her undergraduate degree in civil engineering, and then earned her medical degree at SUNY Stony Brook School of Medicine. She completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology training at the Mount Sinai Hospital on the upper east side of Manhattan, where she is an Assistant Professor and remains active in medical education.

Ching-Lynn Chen, MD, FACOG is a board certified obstetrician and gynecologist who has a special interest in helping women optimize their overall wellness as well as their reproductive and sexual health through every stage of life, including adolescence, pregnancy and menopause. In addition to her love of obstetrics, her interests include contraception, adolescent gynecology, perimenopause and menopause, and family planning. She has been in private practice with OBGYN Westside since 2000 and is a founding member. 

Dr. Chen received B.A. in psychology at Stanford University, and is a graduate of the SUNY at Stony Brook School of Medicine. She completed her residency training at the Albert Einstein School of Medicine. Dr. Chen is a member of the voluntary faculty and is a Assistant Professor at the Mount Sinai Hospital on the upper east side of Manhattan where she remains active in medical student and resident education. She enjoys spending time with her family, yoga, hiking and walking her dog in Central Park.

Justine Kim, MD is a board certified physician specializing in obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Kim is committed to providing each patient with compassionate, skilled and comfortable care.

Dr. Kim attended Columbia University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude specializing in Neuroscience and Behavior. She then went on to SUNY Downstate Medical School where she not only graduated as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) Honor Medical Society but was also awarded the 41st Annual Chandler McCuskey Brooks Award. This prestigious award is given to one medical student for outstanding achievement in the basic sciences.

Dr. Kim then completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at Hofstra Northwell School of Medicine. Dr. Kim has been awarded several research grants and worked in various research departments throughout her career. She has special clinical interests in laparoscopic surgery and family planning.

When she is not in the office, Dr. Kim enjoys painting, exploring new restaurants and walking her corgi, Frankie, around the park.

Martha Harrison, MD, joined OBGYN Westside in early 2026. She is an obstetrician-gynecologist and clinical instructor in the Raquel and Jaime Gilinski Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Science at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Dr. Harrison’s practice focuses on general obstetrics and gynecology, with special interest in robotic surgery, family planning, and care of LGBTQ patients.

Dr. Harrison joined Mount Sinai after completing her residency in obstetrics and gynecology with Allegheny Health Network. During her residency, she was recognized with the Society of Laparoscopic Surgeons Resident Achievement Award. She received her medical degree from the New York University School of Medicine. Dr. Harrison is a member of the Society of Laparoscopic & Robotic Surgeons, the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Ana Bermudez, MD, FACOG is a skilled, board-certified physician specializing in obstetrics and gynecology. Serving patients at OBGYN Westside on the Upper West Side of New York City, Dr. Bermudez welcomes patients from throughout the five boroughs.

Dr. Bermudez received her bachelor’s in International Relations from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, where she was a Davis Scholar. Joan Berman, MD, has been providing personalized, compassionate gynecological care to patients in New York City for over 25 years.
