Amir Shay, MD, is an experienced obstetrician and gynecologist with the team at VCAREOBGYN in the Upper East Side of Manhattan in New York City. Dr. Shay is board-certified by both the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the Israeli Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is also affiliated with the Israeli Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Dr. Shay earned his medical degree at Semmelweis University in Budapest, Hungary. He completed an internship at Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center in Israel and completed his residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Meir Medical Center.
