Practicing for nearly 20 years, Dr. Frederick has had the experience of helping thousands of women from childbirth through menopause and everything in between. Prior to living in New York, Dr. Sheth completed his undergraduate studies at Washington University in St. Louis. He graduated with honors with a BA in biology and French plus a minor in biomedical physics.  

Dr. Sheth is no stranger to the midwifery model of care. He spent several years in Atlanta where he worked closely with midwives to provide compassionate women’s care to area residents.  This makes him a great fit for our family. Urania Davis, DO, FACOOG is a Board Certified OB/GYN at Nile Women’s Health Care in Roswell and Suwanee, Georgia. She specializes in pre-conception counseling and helping women prepare themselves for successful pregnancies.

Dr. Davis also taught anatomy, and physiology, microbiology, and biology as an adjunct professor for both Gwinnett Technical College and Georgia Perimeter College. 

When not at the hospital or office, Dr. Davis mentors young women through her church and has completed a mission trip to Kenya. She enjoys any activity that brings her extended family and friends together, going on vacations, plus spending time with her husband and three children.

Padmavathi Pagadala, MD, is a highly experienced obstetrician and gynecologist with over 20 years of dedicated service in women’s health. She provides expert care to patients at MAA Women’s Health in Cumming, Georgia. She earned her medical degree from Guntur Medical College in India, followed by a one-year internship at Cook County Hospital and a four-year OB/GYN residency at Washington University in St. Louis.

Since beginning her medical career in 1999, Dr. Pagadala has provided compassionate, patient-centered care across a variety of settings. She spent 18 years practicing in the Quad Cities, Illinois, before relocating to Georgia to enjoy its warmer climate. In Georgia, she worked with Emory University at their Johns Creek location for four years and also served as a locum physician, delivering expert care to patients in smaller communities.

Today, Dr. Pagadala leads her independent practice, where she combines advanced clinical training with a personalized approach to support women through every stage of life.
