Heather Laflam, CNM, is a certified nurse-midwife and women’s health nurse practitioner at Nile Women’s Health Care in Roswell, Georgia. 

Heather’s goal as a certified-nurse midwife is to make sure no woman has to experience the type of traumatic experience that she went through with the birth of her second child. She wants to help others avoid feeling the way she did. It’s what guided her pursuit to become a midwife.

Padmavathi Pagadala, MD, is a highly experienced obstetrician and gynecologist with over 20 years of dedicated service in women’s health. She provides expert care to patients at MAA Women’s Health in Cumming, Georgia. She earned her medical degree from Guntur Medical College in India, followed by a one-year internship at Cook County Hospital and a four-year OB/GYN residency at Washington University in St. Louis.

After her family relocated to Atlanta due to the impact of Hurricane Katrina in 2005, she chose to complete her medical training at Emory University School of Medicine and Rollins School of Public Health earning a MD and MPH degree simultaneously. She completed Obstetrics and Gynecology at Morehouse School of Medicine serving as the Administrative Chief Resident in 2017.
