Dr. Milne was born and raised in Bloomfield Hills, MI. He did his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University, followed by medical school at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. Following medical school, Dr. Milne did his Orthopedic Surgery residency at the University of California, Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, CA. Upon completion of residency Dr. Milne returned to Texas for his Sports Medicine & Arthroscopy Fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine.
Dr. Milne has been practicing in Fort Worth since 1993. He served as the orthopedic team physician for TCU for 23 years.
