A New Orleans native and graduate of Saint Martin's Episcopal School, Dr. Pappas currently resides in Metairie with his wife Regina (a dentist) and their two-year-old son. His father, who bears the same name, practiced cardiology in the area for over 40 years.

Dr. Espinoza joined the Orthopedic Center for Sports Medicine (OCSM) in 2003 after completing his sports medicine fellowship at the University of California San Diego. He graduated from LSU Medical School in 1997, followed by his residency at the LSU Orthopedic Department from 1997 – 2002.
Dr. Espinoza is currently double board certified in the practice of Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine and served as the chief orthopaedic surgeon for New Orleans AAA baseball for over 15 years. Most recently, Dr. Espinoza worked with New Orleans Zephyrs/Babycakes, the AAA affiliate of the Miami Marlins. He also served as the team physician for the New Orleans Rugby team and previously served as team physician for St. Martin’s Episcopal School.
