Dr. Maury Harwood is a talented surgeon serving the diverse communities of South San Jose and Morgan Hill, California at his practice, Harwood Orthopedics. Dr. Harwood earned his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts, where he also completed his residency. During his residency, Dr. Harwood served as Chief at New England Boston Hospital, where he honed his skill for joint replacement surgery, among the hospital’s areas of renowned expertise. Following his residency, he completed a fellowship at the University of Colorado, Boulder in sports medicine. During this fellowship, Dr. Harwood received specialized training in arthroscopy, minimally-invasive hip and knee replacement surgery, and sports medicine.

Ray Oshtory, MD, MBA, founded the Pacific Heights Spine Center in 2011 and has been providing the best possible orthopaedic and spinal care to his patients in San Francisco ever since. He began his academic career at MIT, where he received a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering. He completed his fellowship in spine surgery at Stanford University Medical Center (SUMC) and St. Mary's Hospital in San Francisco. He also served as a clinical instructor at SUMC.

Dr. Oshtory’s special interests are minimally-invasive surgery, cervical spine surgery, spinal deformity surgery, and biomedical device technology.  He has published articles in peer-reviewed journals and presented at national meetings.
