William Markowski, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon at Bluewater Orthopedics in Crestview, Niceville, and Destin, Florida. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, current president of the Caduceus Society, and a board member of the Sacred Heart Hospital on the Emerald Coast. When he is not working, Dr. Markowski enjoys spending time with his wife in addition to golfing, working out at the gym, and working in the yard. He is an active member at Christ Our Redeemer Parish in Niceville. Dr. Markowski has enjoyed four weeklong backpacking adventures to the bottom of the Grand Canyon. His favorite sports teams are the Penn State Nittany Lions and the Philadelphia Eagles.

Daniel Buchan, DO, is a fellowship-trained hand and upper extremity orthopedic surgeon at Bluewater Orthopedics in Destin, Niceville, and Crestview, FL. He takes care of a broad scope of orthopedic injuries and ailments but has special training in complex upper extremity problems, including joint replacements, fractures, nerve, tendon, and soft tissue injuries.

Thomas Fox, DO, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine and joint replacement specialist at Bluewater Orthopedics and sees patients at their locations in Niceville and Crestview, Florida. Dr. Fox started Bluewater Orthopedics in 1993 after finishing his sports medicine fellowship training at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. He specializes in joint replacement, hip, knee, shoulder, sports medicine, direct anterior hip replacement, and arthroscopic rotator cuff repair.
After graduating from Saint Joseph’s University, Dr. Fox earned his medical degree at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed a rotating internship at Lancaster Osteopathic Hospital before finishing a general surgery residency at Abington Memorial Hospital in Abington, Pennsylvania. Afterward, he pursued an orthopedic surgery residency at Memorial Hospital in York, Pennsylvania.

Bradley Goeke, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon at Bluewater Orthopedics in Crestview and Niceville, Florida. Dr. Goeke joined Bluewater Orthopedics after nine years of active service in the United States Air Force. During his service, he was in Korea for one year and then spent eight years at Eglin Air Force Base. He also served his country with tours of duty in Iraq, Qatar, and Afghanistan.
Dr. Goeke is a United States Air Force Academy distinguished graduate. He graduated from Tulane Medical School and received his orthopedic surgery training at the University of Arkansas. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery and affiliated with the North Okaloosa Medical Center. Dr. Goeke combines his state-of-the-art training with compassionate patient care.
In his free time, Dr. Goeke enjoys spending time with his wife Laura, and their son, Jonah. He is also a devout Buckeye fan and will happily brag that he and his wife had the opportunity to meet their Head Coach Urban Meyer before a game in 2016.
