Dr. Crawford completed his medical training in Chicago, IL, where he attended the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University. He then went on to complete a fellowship in Interventional Spine and Sports Medicine at OSS Health in York, PA.
He has a special interest in musculoskeletal medicine and keeping his patients out and about. He is a firm believer that movement is medicine and a key to a long healthy life. Ray Oshtory, MD, MBA, founded the Pacific Heights Spine Center in 2011 and has been providing the best possible orthopaedic and spinal care to his patients in San Francisco ever since. He understands how painful and debilitating spinal conditions can be and believes everyone who comes to his office deserves a comfortable and pleasant experience throughout their treatment.
He began his academic career at MIT, where he received a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering. He earned his MD and MBA from the University of California at Los Angeles before specializing in orthopaedic surgery at Stanford University. He completed his fellowship in spine surgery at Stanford University Medical Center (SUMC) and St. Mary's Hospital in San Francisco. He also served as a clinical instructor at SUMC.
Dr. Oshtory’s special interests are minimally-invasive surgery, cervical spine surgery, spinal deformity surgery, and biomedical device technology. He has published articles in peer-reviewed journals and presented at national meetings. He is a member of the North American Spine Society and the Society of Lateral Access Surgeons. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (FAAOS).

Dillingham, MD, brings over 30 years of experience in sports medicine, orthopedic surgery, and physical rehabilitation to Peninsula Orthopedic Associates in Daly City and Atherton, California, serving patients throughout San Mateo County and the San Francisco Bay area.
Dr. Dillingham began his professional career as a team physician for the San Francisco Forty-Niners of the National Football League. After 25 years and four Super Bowls, Dr. Dillingham joined the San Francisco Giants and served as their team physician through three World Series.
While working as a team physician, Dr. Dillingham also co-founded the Sports Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Medicine Associates (SOAR) in San Jose and San Francisco. There, he pioneered the multidisciplinary musculoskeletal group, both in concept and execution, rendering patient care via a true team concept. Dr. Dillingham has also served as the medical director at Stanford Sports Medicine and held the same position at Santa Clara University Athletics.
