Christopher Cable, MD, is a board-certified anesthesiologist and pain management specialist at Alliance Spine & Pain in Atlanta, Woodstock, and Jasper, Georgia. He is board certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine. 

He takes a comprehensive approach to pain management, offering rehabilitation, physical therapy, minimally invasive procedures, and many other services. 

Dr. Cable earned his medical degree at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. He completed an anesthesiology residency and a pain management fellowship at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.

Pallavi Gupta, MD, is an anesthesiologist at Alliance Spine & Pain, proudly serving the Austell and Dallas, Georgia, offices. She is double board-certified in anesthesiology and pain management and prioritizes treating her patients with compassion and respect. 

Dr. Gupta earned her medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham, Alabama. She then completed a Transitional Year Internship at Baptist Health System in Birmingham, Alabama.

Following this, she completed her residency in anesthesiology at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine Jacksonville in Florida. Eager to gain new skills, Dr. Gupta went on to complete a pain medicine fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pennsylvania.

Dr. Hord has been practicing medicine, teaching, and researching for over 16 years. He has dedicated his professional life to advancing the field of pain medicine as well as developing the skills of future professionals. 

With his extensive training and knowledge, he was grateful to have served as the Chief Medical Officer at Alliance Spine & Pain from 2013-2018. He is currently serving as the Medical Director at the practice.

Passionate about pursuing health care, Dr. Rosenfeld received his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin in Madison. He later completed an internship in General Surgery at LSU Medical Center in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Dr. Rosenfeld then completed his residency in anesthesiology at Alton Ochsner Medical Foundation in New Orleans, Louisiana, where he later completed advanced fellowship training in interventional pain medicine.

Dr. Bari graduated from Jinnah Sindh Medical University in Karachi, Pakistan. After completing her education, she pursued further training, completing internships in internal medicine and genitourinary surgery at Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center and Dow Medical College. 

In addition, Dr. Bari has completed specialized training in anesthesiology at the Medical College of Georgia, internal medicine at Prince George’s Hospital, as well as cardiac anesthesia at the University of Alabama. Dr. Ikenna Okpareke practices at the Douglasville and Cartersville locations and is board-certified in anesthesiology and interventional pain management. After earning his Doctorate in Medicine at Albany Medical College in Albany, New York, Dr. Okpareke then completed an anesthesiology residency at the University of Chicago followed by a fellowship in chronic interventional pain management at the prestigious Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. Dr. Okpareke then spent eight years practicing as an interventional pain specialist in Chicago before returning to Atlanta in 2022 to join Alliance Spine & Pain where he now serves on its Medical Executive Committee.
