In this role, he led outpatient pediatric operations, mentored clinical staff, and contributed to quality improvement initiatives focused on enhancing patient care. He brings more than eight years of experience caring for children from newborns through young adulthood.

Gina D’Aguanno is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who graduated from Regis College summa cum laude. Her background includes a long nursing career in both inpatient and outpatient roles across the lifespan including ER/trauma, Nursing Leadership, community and public health, and pediatric behavioral health. Gina has a strong interest in child/adolescent and young adult behavioral health. As a mom, she understands the importance of a relationship based parenting model. She treats patients collaboratively from a holistic perspective looking at each patient as a unique individual using a strengths based approach to wellness.
