Dr. Lazaroff graduated Cum Laude from American University (AU) in Washington, DC, earning a Bachelor of Science in biology before receiving his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
He went on to complete a three-year residency at the Yale New Haven Medical Center Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency Program (PMSR/RRA) in New Haven, Connecticut. Dr. Lazaroff is board-certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS) in foot surgery and reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery.
During his residency, Dr. Lazaroff co-authored a textbook chapter about the surgical management of the neuropathic foot, presented his work at regional conferences, and attended the Orthofix® external fixator course. He was also part of the multidisciplinary limb preservation clinic, which included podiatric surgery, interventional cardiology, and vascular surgery.
Dr. Lazaroff was trained by some of the most well-known foot and ankle surgeons in the country. He’s honored to receive the post of Section Chief for Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at St. Mary’s Hospital in Waterbury, Connecticut.
As a native of North Haven, Connecticut, Dr. Lazaroff is thrilled to be home again, providing podiatric care to members of the community.

Dr. Kim is a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (FACFAS) and has authored numerous articles for the Podiatric Medical Review Journal. Each year, Dr. Kim travels to Honduras with his church, where he provides missionary medical care.

A lifelong Hudson Valley resident, Dr. Longo attended Kingston High School and was an accomplished athlete in soccer, football, and wrestling. Before earning his medical degree from the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, he even won a Section IX Championship in wrestling.
He remained in Philadelphia to complete three years of residency training, including one year at Neumann Medical Center. Dr. Longo then returned to Kingston, New York, to serve as Chief Surgical Resident for the Podiatric Surgical Residency Program at Benedictine Hospital.
Dr. Longo became the first podiatrist to complete a surgical residency at Benedictine Hospital and has since become an attending surgeon. He has offered training to dozens of podiatrists who come to complete their surgical training in the very same program he helped trailblaze.
Dr. Longo dedicates his time and efforts to advancing youth sports in the Hudson Valley. Board-certified podiatric surgeon John Marzano, DPM, welcomes patients of all ages at his comprehensive practice, Westchester Podiatric Healing Medicine in Yonkers, New York. Rosario Saccomanno, DPM, AACFAS, completed his undergraduate degree in Biology at The College of New Jersey. He then graduated from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine to earn his doctoral degree. Dr. Saccomanno completed his three-year podiatric surgical residency at Huntington Hospital at Northwell Health on Long Island where he received extensive training in elective cases, trauma, infections, and diabetic limb salvage. During his last year of residency, he was privileged to serve as Chief Resident Physician of the Podiatry Service.
