Dr Balloch has cared for my chronic foot issues for many years. After many non surgical treatments which were not effective, we elected surgery. The process was smooth with the expected post op discomfort. She is efficient and proShow morefessional. I appreciate her direct approach to treatment. My options were explained clearly. I believe the healing process will be routine and non eventful.

She was great.
45-minute wait, too long. Consult 10 minutes, felt rushed, for 1st time there. Dr. was knowledgeable, her plan, medication also threw in orthotic's expensive and not covered by insurance unfortunately something I needed. I hope that I don't have any more issues but next time I would like patience & time. Dr Balloch sent me to get trainers and there was another woman already there from her office and she went in after me. that's how fast her appointment was. This was a recommendation

Allee and Rachel provided excellent service. The explained my situation clearly and offered an immediate solution that fixed my foot pain within a couple days. I’ll be happy to recommend their practice to others.
Too many services provided are not covered by insurance - so the office has your credit card information for those services. My experience was then when claim should have gone through insurance, they just billed my credit card immediately without my knowledge or permission. Getting my money back has been a nightmare - and has ruined any positive thoughts I may have had about this practice.

Great care but the billing department is impossible to get ahold of. I was charged on my card that I did not authorize and my bill was not overdue. I still have yet to talk to someone to resolve the issue and its been over a month
The care I received from Dr. Balloch and her team was second to none. I needed reconstructive foot surgery on both feet; she fixed the first one in January and the second one this past October. I couldn't have asked for a more competent and caring surgeon. She explained the procedures, what to expect, and my role to have a successful recovery. I literally have had no pain following her instructions! I highly recommend Dr. Balloch for any ankle or foot issues.
Very happy with my surgery that was done 6 months ago. Dr. Balloch did a great job and because I followed everything she told me to do for recovery I had great results. Highly recommend her and her staff as well
