She had reviewed my history and past tests before the appointment and listened carefully to my concerns. She ordered the necessary X-rays, mri (and made sure they included ‘with contrast’), recommended a specific type of low pressure compression stockings and provided the name of another Dr I’ll need to see before my procedure with Dr. Balloch. Very thorough!

After many non surgical treatments which were not effective, we elected surgery. The process was smooth with the expected post op discomfort. She is efficient and professional. I appreciate her direct approach to treatment. My options were explained clearly. I believe the healing process will be routine and non eventful.
