I didn't realize I could be so vulnerable. She created a warm, safe, and comfortable environment where I felt free to express my deepest emotions, fears, and worries. Although this was my first therapy session, her words have stayed with me and continue to resonate. She listened with compassion, made me feel heard and understood, and gave me hope. I am grateful for the experience and look forward to continuing my therapy journey with her.
