Felt rushed for my initial telehealth appointment, which lasted only 15-20 mins. Mary was not very personable and did not explain very much to me. I was merely prescribed medication for depression and sent on my way. I felt like IShow more was just a number or an item to cross off on the list. Not follow up appointment was offered either. I will be looking elsewhere for assistance with my mental health.
I had been very eager for my first session with Mary, and it went fantastic! She walked me through everything, is easy to talk to, attentive, knowledgable in this field and established first steps for my overall goals. I have been looking for a new provider for a long time. As someone who has had a negative experience with providers in the past, Mary was amazing and so helpful!
