First impressions of staff was professional and very kind from the front desk. The MA was very nice and professional, also I might add that she was very good at giving shots. Michaela Edds was even better. I was very impressed by how proactive she was with her proactive care she provided towards me health needs. Overall being that I have been to many doctors and nurse practitioners in my lifetime she was AWESOME and quite frankly the best, I feel that she gave me the best care in Tennessee. Read less

Michaela was incredibly nice and comforting. She had great bedside manner and made me feel immediately comforted on what had been a terrible day up until I made into the office. I’m glad that I get to see her for primary care going forward because today was one the easiest, most pleasant experiences that I’ve had in a medical office probably ever. And for someone who suffers from “white coat syndrome,” that’s saying a lot. Read less
