The scan machines unfortunately, were not comfortable during the process. The way the platform is designed does not offer a good experience for plus size patients like myself.

All of the staff here are amazing. I primarily had interactions with Mehak and she helped get authorization for my test! Julio was my MRI Tech and he was amazing. I had a few “hiccups” (It was me, not him! Lol) during the test and he was gracious and we completed the test. I would highly recommend getting your diagnostic testing completed there! Thank you everyone!

Pretty much seemed like one of those medical-arena places that subsists on insurance payments...mechanical staff and generic equipment. Unpleasant to snarly technician. Guessing it's a one-and-done biz that doesn't have to worry about customer satisfaction and loyalty. Next time I need services like this I'll use the hospitals xray lab.
I didn't actually meet Frank. But his associate/tech was terrific. Professional and helpful. He kept me advised of what was next. He also played great music.

I had a wonderful experience with my MRI here! The front desk staff were very cordial and answered all my questions quickly and professionally. Frank was friendly, very helpful, and polite. He made sure I was comfortable with an extra pillow & chair to support my arm that hung off the table due to my positioning. When my knee was getting painful, he put a rolled towel underneath it and solved the problem so I could finish my scan in comfort. It was a pleasure to be treated so well by everyone.
The Best place to get an open MRI , very friendly, on time , they work with you if your nervous, you will feel relax during the MRI…the best place , great job everyone…👌👌👌👌

I previously went to another imaging provider for my MRI. I had a panic attack and could not have the MRI as scheduled. The person at the other location only wanted to know when I wanted to schedule another MRI. I called Lake Zurich MRI and spoke to Julio. He talked to me at great length and invited me to come in so that he could go over every step of the procedure. I made the appointment and went in. If it weren't for Julio and his caring way, I'm not sure I could have done it.
