I've been a patient with Dr. Safvi since Sept. 2015. I've been EXTREMELY satisfied with his Sclerotherapy treatments, along with his Professional care he & his Staff have provided me. With a family history of varicose & spider vShow moreeins, it was no surprise I would develop them. I did have Sclerotherapy treatment performed by 2 other Illinois physicians. I did NOT have good results. Then, I found Dr. Safvi! With my EXCELLENT results, I recommend Dr. Safvi to everyone ! Thank you Dr. Safvi.
It was my first time attending Lake Zurich Open MRI. Julio was exceptionally accommodating in getting an appointment later in the evening due to my work schedule. He also made the whole experience less nerve wrecking for me when Show morecoming in I was very anxious and didn’t know what to expect my first time getting an MRI. I highly recommend this place the staff was super friendly! And a big big thank you to Julio for really making it seem less stressful ?

This was my 2nd MRI, the first at this location. I was very pleased with the care the staff (especially Julio) provided me. I was surprised by how relatively quiet the machine was compared to the one that was used from another practice.

VERY friendly staff.
The gentleman that was there was very kind and receptive to my needs. All went well with the CT scan. There is a locker room to lock up your valuables and clothing. You keep the key to your locker until done. I would recommend this location for your needs.
I can’t say enough good things about the technician, Julio. Great patient handling and IV skills. Very personable and skilled with the machines. The only downtown my visit was that the receptionist was absent, with Julio having to wear multiple hats and hold down the fort. This resulted in delays.
The guy working did a great job. He was responsible for checking me in and setting me up in MRI machine. He asked me about my injury and was sympathetic, which helped. The owner, however, walked by me numerous times and didn’t say a word to me. Why not just say “hello” to your customers. If he acted like he cared about his customers I would have given it 5 stars.
