When I first began seeing her, my PHQ was above 20. I was in leadership in a high pressure role, dealing with a chronic illness, and the depression from it all became unmanageable. Having worked in mental health myself, I had tried various mental health providers but so many failed. I’d been misdiagnosed/mismanaged with certain meds & had given up hope. I am so thankful to have given Kendra a shot - she helped save my life & continues to be a huge support!

Dr. Kerby truly cares about not only the mental well-being of her patients, but their physical health too! I feel safe to talk to her about issues I'm facing and know that she will recommend treatment that goes beyond just medication. I have learned many skills to help me cope with my ADHD and anxiety from her and the resources she provides.
