Arbol Psychiatric and Therapy provides comprehensive, trauma informed, gender affirming mental health care through a holistic and biopsychosocial model. Our work together may include traditional psychotherapy, examination of social constraints and supports, tailored medication management and interventional psychiatry.
I work with all humans and their support people, ages 6 and up. I can provide care in person at two locations, in St Louis Park and in St Cloud, MN. Telehealth is always an option.
