If you are looking for someone who truly cares about her patients, Kim is the one you need to see! She always treats you as if you’re her only patient for the day. She listens to what you have to say and gives feedback where needed. I am retired and never in a hurry so if I have to wait, I’m ok with that. If you are someone that’s in a hurry or on a time schedule and easily frustrated because you have to wait then maybe she’s not your person. You’re a human, not a number! I love her 💕

Kim is the best PCP I have ever had. She is so knowledgeable in all symptoms and works to help you live healthier to limit your drug use. She looks for lifestyle changes before going to surgery or medications. Her staff is also the best. Her nurse - Loren - is the best phlebotomist. She always gets the blood on the first try. Sarah, the receptionist is super friendly and gets your appointment off to the right start. Would highly recommend this practice for anyone in the Mena area.
