If you are looking for someone who truly cares about her patients, Kim is the one you need to see! She always treats you as if you’re her only patient for the day. She listens to what you have to say and gives feedback where needeShow mored. I am retired and never in a hurry so if I have to wait, I’m ok with that. If you are someone that’s in a hurry or on a time schedule and easily frustrated because you have to wait then maybe she’s not your person. You’re a human, not a number! I love her 💕
Kim is the best PCP I have ever had. She is so knowledgeable in all symptoms and works to help you live healthier to limit your drug use. She looks for lifestyle changes before going to surgery or medications. Her staff is alsoShow more the best. Her nurse - Loren - is the best phlebotomist. She always gets the blood on the first try. Sarah, the receptionist is super friendly and gets your appointment off to the right start. Would highly recommend this practice for anyone in the Mena area.

Kim Nance spent much time educating us on what and what not to eat to heal. She guided us in our vitamin schedules and how and when to use all our medications. I have improved and feel much better following her couseling. I am so glad Kimberly Nance was recommended to us. Elaine Payne

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kim. She is truly exceptional in every way. She is caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely takes the time to listen. She makes me feel heard, respected, and comfortable every time I see her, and I never feel rushed or like just another patient. She goes above and beyond to make sure I understand my care and that all of my concerns are addressed. It’s clear that she truly cares about her patients.
I felt like that I had a thorough checkup even though I had no appointment and was worked in. We discussed my progress and my medication. We talked about my diet, the foods that are good and the ones that are bad for my health problems. Thanks Kim, you and your staff were very kind and professional.
