Board-certified foot and ankle surgeon William Stephens, DPM, has advanced training in reconstructive surgery, limb preservation, sports medicine, and trauma care. He’s committed to optimizing your health outcomes using conservative treatments and surgery when necessary.

Dr. Stephens received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine credential from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio. He completed his surgical residency at Hackensack Palisades Medical Center in North Bergen, New Jersey, and holds advanced certifications in wound care, biomechanics, and minimally invasive procedures.

Arise Foot and Ankle cares for children, teenagers, and adults. Dr. Stephens specializes in complex foot and ankle reconstruction and holistic foot and ankle treatments. He offers custom orthotics, medication management, diabetic foot care, tendon rupture repair, laceration repair, and much more. 

Our practice cares for patients struggling with plantar fasciitis (heel pain), arthritic foot conditions, diabetic ulcers, ankle instability, flat feet, arch pain, warts, and hammertoes. We also address nail conditions like fungal nails and ingrown toenails.
