Welcome to Arise Foot and Ankle, a premier podiatry practice located in Justin, Texas. Board-certified foot and ankle surgeon William Stephens, DPM, has advanced training in reconstructive surgery, limb preservation, sports medicine, and trauma care. He’s committed to optimizing your health outcomes using conservative treatments and surgery when necessary.

Dr. Stephens received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine credential from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio. He completed his surgical residency at Hackensack Palisades Medical Center in North Bergen, New Jersey, and holds advanced certifications in wound care, biomechanics, and minimally invasive procedures. Dr. Stephens is excited to return to his hometown of Justin, Texas, and serve the community where he grew up. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys staying active through soccer, running, swimming, and rock climbing, and values time spent at church, music festivals, and motorsports events.

Our practice cares for patients struggling with plantar fasciitis (heel pain), arthritic foot conditions, diabetic ulcers, ankle instability, flat feet, arch pain, warts, and hammertoes. We also address toenail conditions like fungal nails and ingrown toenails.

Dr. Stephens also specializes in treating running and other sports injuries. He accelerates recovery from tendon and ligament injuries, Achilles tendinitis, ankle sprains, athlete’s foot, bunions, foot and ankle fractures, and numerous other foot and ankle concerns.
