Dr. Jongwook visited in the hospital for infection around my ear, on Saturday and drained the balloon size swelling around the ear on Sunday, that was awesome as most doctors do not visit on the weekend. This issue started more than 10 years ago off and on. The follow up visit to Dr. Jongwook was very informing and he cleaned out my ear that I thought I had lost hearing, turns out it was a lot of of wax build up and Qtips so now I can hear. He is very knowledgeable and knows how to relate and treat you like a valued person. He spends quality time with you and you are not rushed.
He takes a conservative approach and does not hurry you to have surgery.
I hold him in very high regard and respect him.
I have already referred a friend to him.
Hard to find a doctor of his caliber and expertise.
