Dr. Jongwook visited in the hospital for infection around my ear, on Saturday and drained the balloon size swelling around the ear on Sunday, that was awesome as most doctors do not visit on the weekend. This issue started more tShow morehan 10 years ago off and on. The follow up visit to Dr. Jongwook was very informing and he cleaned out my ear that I thought I had lost hearing, turns out it was a lot of of wax build up and Qtips so now I can hear. Great Experience with Dr. Jongwook!!
Dr.ham is great! Very easy to speak with and a great listener and communicator.. He is very knowledgeable and knows how to relate and treat you like a valued person. He spends quality time with you and you are not rushed. He takeShow mores a conservative approach and does not hurry you to have surgery. I hold him in very high regard and respect him. I had no wait at all! Dr Ham spent over half an hour with me explaining the many complexities of the ears and nose. He gave me literature to read on painless migraines and a thorough exam. He removed wax from my ears and already I feel a difference. I look forward to my next visit after I put into practice the things he recommended.
