My nose started to bleed while I was sleeping. It took me hours using several OTC items and ice. Finally contacted Dr. Ham's office and the receptionist got me in as an emergency. I was so grateful. Dr Ham cauterized the Show morebleeding area and spent a lot of time with me. Excellent Dr and excellent staff. I highly recommend him for any ENT issues or head/neck issues.
I am scheduled for parathyroidectomy. I saw Dr. Ham for my pre-op visit. I had several questions that he addressed to my satisfaction. He gave me all the steps he plans to take to identify the issue I am having and resolve thShow moreis condition I currently have. He also discussed possible complications from this procedure. I appreciate the time he took to prepare me for the procedure.

I've been very fortunate to have Dr. Ham as my Ear Dr. and my Surgeon. He takes your questions very seriously and answers them for the layman to understand. There is no clock watching just listening to the patient.
Dr. Ham was very patient and thorough in adjusting my hearing aid volume at my 6 month appointment. I also appreciate the office staff’s friendly assistance when rescheduling my appointment.
He is very professional and patient, best ENT Dr. we have ever had. He will explain all procedures he is going to perform and makes you feel comfortable. My husband and I highly recommend him!!

I was initially quite shocked at what I had to pay out of pocket for my first visit. But, I thought Dr. Ham was quite thorough, explained everything to me so I really grasped what’s going on (I’ve had ear issues my whole life, and never had it explained in such detail), and he had a great bedside manner. Thank you.
An amazing physician…. his gentle knowledgeable immediacy puts a patient at ease as well as addressing the challenge at hand with compassion.

Dr Ham takes the time to explain every thing in language that is easy to understand.
Very concerned, asks question pertaining to use of hearing aids. Like if there are any problems, discomfort with the device. Always in good spirits. Office is always clean and quiet.

Dr. Ham spent time adjusting my hearing aids to make them more comfortable which I really appreciate. I was also able to get same day appointment.

My husband and I think very highly of Dr. Ham. He is an extremely qualified ENT doctor who takes time to explain things clearly and is friendly and caring. We don't wish to go to anyone else for our ear, nose and throat problems.
