I liked that Dr. Kaur was open to meeting in-person (I switched to virtual after the first visit). Like me she felt that the in-person connection is important. She also wanted to "hear my story" in the initial assessment which lasted a full hour. So, any decisions to change (or in my case, not change) my medication regimen were made following this conversation.
