Adriana Jones, PMHNP-BC

Adriana Jones, is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with a deep commitment to supporting individuals in achieving wellness. She specializes in diagnosing and treating mental health conditions in both adolescents and adults, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and sleep disorders. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Old Dominion University with her Master of Science in Nursing. She has worked in diverse clinical environments, and she provides medication management, psychotherapy, and psychoeducation. Her treatment approach is designed to address not only symptoms but the broader context of each person's life and goals. Adriana believes in treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—and she works collaboratively with patients to identify strategies for growth.
