I have used both personal visits as well as virtual sessions and both are effective . We have a friendly conversation about my condition and if it has changed and needs attention. However, I have been stable mentally for quite some time except for a couple of adjustments to my meds. I am very satisfied with our sessions and overall mental health. I consider that to be a goal that has been well met.

She ... Read more I have had 3 visits with Barbara and have walked away after each visit feeling much better about my self and the situation I am in. It has never been easy for me to open up about myself especially not to someone I don’t know. She is so easy to talk to. She listens to what I have to say without judgment and offers some suggestions that may help me deal with things. I would definitely recommend Barbara to anyone looking for a therapist.
