Dr. Piskala, as always, was attentive to my needs and feelings, very sincerely concerned for my own concerns about my well-being, she was and is extremely personable and friendly to the point to where there are times we get side tracked and talk about nails, beauty secrets, etc. but never in a manner that details or takes away from the appointment itself or away from the issues I am having and reasons as to why I am there in the first place. She is extremely respectful of my goals.
