Shelby has been so incredibly helpful to our family! In just a short time she has been able to gain our daughter’s trust and helped her to better understand her feelings—giving our daughter the ability to self regulate. In turn making better choices when reacting to challenging situations.
She is very kind, caring and compassionate. She listened to me and helped me with my issues.
It took me several years & multiple therapists to find one who was the right fit for me. Someone who is caring, compassionate, understanding, & actually works with me to overcome my challenges. Kimberly has definitely become my go-to person when I need to speak about something happening in my life. I have kept her scheduled to speak with for about 5 years. Sometimes weekly sometimes monthly. She was key in getting me through a very difficult time, providing me with the tools that I needed to help myself with the anxiety issues. .
Shannon McKeever is an amazing EMDR therapist. She helped me get out of fight or flight to a very good place.
I really appreciate Shelby’s approach, she is validating when appropriate, but will also very respectfully challenge ideas that need a different take. I have greatly appreciated having her assistance with keeping my head together while going through a separation and divorce. Being able to check in periodically helps so much when I am second guessing myself or feeling completely gas-lit and need the opinion of a third party with no personal ties to the situation. She has been fantastic.
Anna is professional while also being caring, listening well during our entire session, and giving me options to solve a particular problem I had.
