I love Ashley. I was so nervous to see a new therapist at first but within a couple of sessions I was glad I chose her and absolutely love having her as my therapist. She makes you feel heard, seen and is encouraging and insightful.

Love this lady. Very understanding. I tend to bounce around alot with my conversations and she some how still follows along. Teaches me life skills while also listening to me vent about life and helps me understand situations.
