I love Stephanie she is so thorough and explains in a way I can understand. I really appreciate her! I do wish the office staff was a little more organized. I felt they shouldn’t have scheduled me for in person if she was working twlehealth that day. Also they capped for a payment but then weren’t ready to take it so I was waiting on them while I was trying to go into a meeting. They also aren’t real clear about what’s covered and not covered so cost is a surprise instead of expected.
