I love Stephanie she is so thorough and explains in a way I can understand. I really appreciate her! I do wish the office staff was a little more organized. I felt they shouldn’t have scheduled me for in person if she was working Show moretwlehealth that day. Also they capped for a payment but then weren’t ready to take it so I was waiting on them while I was trying to go into a meeting. They also aren’t real clear about what’s covered and not covered so cost is a surprise instead of expected.
I really appreciate the care I receive from Stephanie. She has a great deal of knowledge and was able to respond to any of my concerns offering her advice and solutions.
